Ben Haile
Managing Director & Principal Consultant
With a career spanning global quality operations in Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Automotive, and Industrial Manufacturing, Ben Haile has built a reputation for transforming complex regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable systems.
As a certified lead auditor and experienced third-party ISO 9001 auditor, Ben has conducted audits for multiple manufacturing clients through accredited certification bodies and managed corporate audit programs that drive continual improvement and compliance alignment. His work bridges technical precision with operational reality—ensuring systems not only meet standards but also strengthen business performance.
Ben’s background combines engineering expertise with executive leadership, supported by an M.Sc. in Executive Engineering Management. He has led and supported quality, food safety and compliance programs across FDA-regulated, ISO-certified, and automotive facilities worldwide.
Throughout his career, Ben has supported quality and compliance initiatives for leading global manufacturers, including Donaldson Company, Cargill, and Fonterra, helping ensure alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, HACCP, FSMA, and BRCGS standards.
A Lean Six Sigma–certified professional, Ben has led improvement initiatives that reduced customer complaints, minimized waste, improved process performance, and delivered measurable cost savings.
